We offer rent and water assistance for eligible candidates.

To qualify: One must be at or below the Federal Income Poverty Guideline of 125% before deductions. Cannot have been previously assisted within the last calendar year. Have structured goals, such as seeking to improve education or employment skills.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, please print and fill out a pre-screen form. When completed please submit in person, by mail or electronically via e-mail to contactmocap@mocap1.org
