Request for Proposal – Fiscal Year 2017

MOCAP will be selecting a vendor to render professional services to conduct and produce a Community Needs Assessment for Muskegon and Oceana counties. The selected contractor will conduct community forums and focus groups, gather pertinent demographic data from multiple sources, and produce a finished document.
