We are a private nonprofit organization that works with community partners to ensure the issues of hardship and its causes are addressed in our service area.

MOCAP serves the Muskegon and Oceana County area. All of our programs can be accessed at both locations.

MOCAP will be closed December 23rd, 24th and 25th for the holidays.  We will also be closed the 30th, 31st and the 1st of January.
