We are a private nonprofit organization that works with community partners to ensure the issues of hardship and its causes are addressed in our service area.

MOCAP serves the Muskegon and Oceana County area. All of our programs can be accessed at both locations.

Show Me the Money Day is a FREE statewide event that kicks off tax season. It features free tax assistance, financial workshops and access to community resources in order to maximize your income tax refund. There will also be FREE food, prizes and games!
