A class in one or two sessions that covers the following topics: Assessing Homeownership Readiness, How Much House Can You Afford, Spending Plans, Credit, Obtaining a Mortgage, Predatory Lending, Fair Housing, Shopping For a Home, Selecting Your Real Estate Partners, Home Inspection, Closing the Deal, Home Maintenance, and Foreclosure Prevention and much more.

Registration in advance is appreciated, however will be accepted through the day before each class.

Evening sessions are on Tuesdays from 5:30 pm-8:00 pm. You must attend both evening sessions to receive your certificate. Saturday classes are from 9:00 am-3:00 pm with an hour break for lunch on your own. Childcare is not available during these classes so please make other arrangements for your minor children.
