We are a private nonprofit organization that works with community partners to ensure the issues of hardship and its causes are addressed in our service area.

MOCAP serves the Muskegon and Oceana County area. All of our programs can be accessed at both locations.

Financial Capability

A class is in one session that covers the following topics: Money Management, Developing a Spending Plan, Borrowing Basics, Improving Credit Ratios & Savings, Banking Basics, Consumer Protection, Fair Housing and Lending and Insurance.

Registration is required and will be accepted through the day before each class.
